Services Strategy Planning Lead Job In Hyperx Hp Direct In India, Gurgaon / Gurugram

• Responsible to oversee strategy and planning activities for the HP service business
• Help business in defining customer segmentation, business KPIs, GTM strategy, and solid execution plans with smart metrics
• Understands HP's end to end solutions which best address customer needs
• Identifies services opportunities for HP in customer's enterprise information technology and business processes
• Contributes to win strategies and definition of win themes, including business case development and solution approach.
  
  
• Identify market-customer competitive insights to drive strategy development to achieve the business's long-term goals
• Conduct a strategic deep dive into emerging themes in the service business
• Support annual strategy, and long-term planning process with concrete financial plans for 1-5 years roadmap
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, connect the dots, and anticipate end-to-end project needs
• Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization.
  
  
• Understand bigger picture and broader interconnectivity and impact to the line of business and enterprises
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong business and analytical acumen

• Bachelor's/master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' experience in solutioning and strategic planning for Go to Market

• Demonstrates knowledge of outsourcing services and solutions
• Has in-depth understanding of the product and services portfolio roadmaps of multiple business units, deep knowledge in area of specialization.
  
  
• Experience in Strategy and Planning, or equivalent

• Understands and applies best practices for innovative financial models in outsourcing services that bring long term business value to customer solutions
• Expertly leverages financial and accounting concepts in demonstrating business value of proposed solutions to customers
• In-depth knowledge of customer value chain used to create and propose new solutions
• Has led, partnered with and successfully influenced senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization.
  
  
• Strategic thinking and the ability to ramp up on unfamiliar topics quickly and effectively

• Extensive level of industry acumen keeps current with trends and able to converse on multiple client levels about requirements, solution, issues and challenges
