• Dynamics 365 customer engagement (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse - Inbound/Outbound, procurement, Inventory management, Finance integration) and knowledge on the third party integration

• Dynamics 365 F&O exposure in on premise & cloud versions
• Providing highly available, scalable dynamics 365 F&O solution on the public cloud platform
• Subject matter expert knowledge in integration architecture and ability to map integration pattern to functional usage
• Experience in using Azure services for integration, power APP's, and power automate for upstream/down streams system integration
• Experience in business process mapping on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the business objectives
• Experience in data migration on Microsoft Dynamics Azure platform - data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third part tools
• Experience in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge on power BI
• Ability to lead the technical workshop to work with business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions
• Should have good problem solving and analytical skills
• Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations/implementations
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Sound exposure to functional domains like Sales - fulfillment, billing, claims & returns,

• Good knowledge on the change & release management approach on the Microsoft dynamics 365 platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Convert business requirements to application specific functional design and define clear test plans
• Co-ordinate with development team to realize the functional design
• Perform functional and integration tests to confirm solution design before deployment to productive environment
• Handle 3rd level support issues specific to the functional area with in the application.
  
  
• Ensure high quality functional solutions from the supplier for enhancements
• Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions
• Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
• Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view
• Conduct/Support End User Trainings during the Rollout Phases
• Participate in Data Migration workshops and prepared detailed functional concepts and data mapping requirements
• Support UAT and Integration Testing phases in the Rollout
• Discuss with business to prepare detailed cutover plan for the go lives
