Job Description - Social Media Manager: Develop, implement and manage our social media, marketing content, mailers and other KPIs Execute the curation and publishing strategy across influencer, brand and original content on the brand platforms Maintaining and directing the social media calendar for the brand including but not limited to brand partnerships, own content, influencer collaborations, seasonal campaigns etc Managing and working with key stakeholders to execute on creative collaterals - writing briefs and post copy, giving feedback and working with the design team to ensure overall creative consistency across brand channels Social ORM - responding to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries and resolving them by coordinating internally with other teams Track and review performance of all social assets and improvise on content strategy going forth Passing on key insights to product and marketing teams to improve business and brand efficiencyRequired Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in social media management (CPG experience preferred butnot necessary) Creative thinker who can churn out interesting content ideas for the brand Food enthusiast, has a keen interest in Asian food or food generally.
