Job Requisition ID #23WD68619Position OverviewAutodesk ACS (Autodesk Construction Solutions) R&D team is looking for a talented and highly passionate individual to join its product development team and develop world class cloud-based software products and solutions to solve interesting problems in the construction industry If you are a software architect who is proficient in web-based & mobile technologies, possess strong design and coding skills, passionate about critical thinking while solving problems, we would love to hear from you!You will be part of an agile team of smart and highly motivated engineers building highly scalable, secure and cloud-based products/services You will work in a global team and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from various disciplines like business, engineering, operations, support etc You will work with latest technologies in a flexible environmentResponsibilities
- Involved with all aspects of software development
- Design, develop and manage highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Should help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Should have the ability to span to full stack development whenever necessary
- Write and maintain code with high attention to details, perform peer code-reviews, and lead technical design discussions
Minimum Qualifications
- 12 + years of experience
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expertise with AWS ecosystem and enabling teams to develop and deploy applications leveraging AWS services in cost effective ways with infrastructure automation & streamlined CI/CD.
Expertise in building & deploying Kubernetes based software systems - Has worked in distributed Architecture, with deep exposure to API design & versioning, domain-driven design, event-driven systems, and microservices using Node JS , Seneca toolkit
- Hands-on full stack web application development with expertise in handling large & complex client-server architectures with mobile interface
- Experience in frontend technology using React
- Problem Solving with ability to break down large scale projects into loosely coupled subsystems or strategically sequenced milestones Designs cost-effective solutions, innovates with rapid spikes
- Managed High Availability Systems, with strong point of view about telemetry, self-healing systems, buffers, and queues, idempotency, disposability
- Experience with SQLite, NoSQL,Redis , MsSQL, PostgreSQL
- Nice to have hands on experience in iOS and Android SDK
- Familiar with services monitoring tools like new relic or equivalent and ability to find root cause, set alerts & navigate through logs
