Software Design Engineer Field Device User Interface Pressure And Temperature Job In Emerson In India, Pune

JOB DESCRIPTIONAS A DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Report to the local EICP Software Lead
• Work with cross-functional and global teams to develop and validate EDDL and FDI-based User Interfaces for Emerson's pressure and temperature industrial measurement products
• Oversee and execute the UI development process including designs, reviews, and implementation
• Participate in all aspects of the User Interface development lifecycle from requirements definition through post-release activities
• Contribution to the continuous improvement to the User Interface Software development and test processes
• Be Innovative and quality development culture within organization

WHO YOU ARE:You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography You are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who can set and achieve goals You are interested in learning, problem solving, and you collaborate well with others You work with other functional groups that includes Firmware and User Interface Software REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelorof Science inComputer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of applicable experience
• Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Experience working with international teams
• Interest and experience with EDDL or FDI-based User Interfaces
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
