Tech (Electronics, E&TC, ECE, Computer Science, EEE) Experience (in years): 3 8 Years of relevant experience Nature of Experience: Mandatory to have Automotive embedded software development experience Mandatory to have hands on experience in microcontroller (ARM, Renesas, Freescale or Infineon) based software development using embedded C/ software development experience in C++ / Matlab Added advantage to have experience in low level driver implementation eg: HWIO, I2C, UART, CAN, ADC, PWM,LIN, Timers etc Added advantage for experience of implementing CAN gateway module, UDS diagnostic Added advantage for AUTOSAR experience Added advantage for ADAS , ISO 26262 L1/L2 certification/2-3 years of ISO 26262 exposure Experience with any one of the scripting languages (Python/Ruby/etc) Familiar with any Configuration management tools such as SVN, MKS Integrity, etc Experience with Vector Tools like CANoe, CANape Should be familiar with ADAS ECU/equivalent ECU Should be familiar with ADAS sensors such as Cameras/Radars/Ultrasonic/etc Knowledge on IBM ALM Tools- Requirement Management, Change management, Version control management & test management tools Familiar with either SIL/HIL/MIL test frameworks Knowledge of standards MISRA, ISO, NCAP, Cybersecurity Understanding of overall development & testing process of automotive industry Hands-on experience in development and execution of functional test procedures Hands-on experience in testing automotive electronics products Exposure to trouble shooting techniques and root cause analysis Good understanding of electronics hardware and software Knowledge on software QA methodologies, tools and processes Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies DFMEA & PFMEA Familiar with software build management, integration, release, deployment and SVN processes Manage multiple release streams within the source code management tool Strong Communication skills (Oral and written) Age (in years): Role and Responsibilities: Analyze & review the requirements from the client, and understand the requirements from specification documents Participate in requirements analysis Automotive embedded Software Development for ECU (ADAS, Body Etc) , and Device Driver Development ( UART ,SPI , I2C , CAN , CAN-FD , LIN and etc.

,) Higher layer Protocols (UDS, J1939, J1850 , KWP2000, OBD etc,) Development and Integration with Third party Software C/C++ Embedded software development on RTOS/Non RTOS platform Use configuration management tools for code and software documents, change management tools for software error management and EA for software Design Participate peer reviews for software documents such as requirements, design, test plan and, Code reviews, etc Involve Unit Testing, Functional and Integration Testing and System Testing Work with project lead for software deliverables, support for estimates, software metric and SQA Regular interaction to Systems, and Independent Testing team Review the defects resulting out of the validation and track them to closure Documentation reviews and ensure appropriate technical documentation.
