What you will be doing:

• You will be working in a dedicated product development SCRUM team in an iterative delivery model
• Understand the big picture and take part in architectural approaches for software design and implementation
• Participate in and lead POCs for upcoming technically and/or functionally complex epics on the development roadmaps
• Provide high level solution design for roadmap items, coordinating with other product architects and get the designs reviewed and completed together with them
• Keep up with new and upcoming technology concepts and frameworks and apply them in the product to improve the product architecture in line with our go to cloud strategy.
  
  
• (Situational) Support the scrum teams to meet their delivery milestones by working within or next to the teams, especially in demanding client-driven deliveries
• Provide technical leadership and supports the team with writing quality code, do code reviews for junior members in the team
• Identify design issues, improvements and guide the team to adapt the code as per best practices and develop sustainable code
• Ensure developed software meets all the requirements of quality, performance, scalability
• Contribute towards creating and imparting high quality training (and material) to train new joiners in the team.
  
  
• Work in sprints u2013 take part in design, development, unit testing and defect fixing of the product

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience in Core Java and Java EE development
• Excellent exposure in Cloud, Rest API or Microservices
• Strong in Object-oriented concepts, Spring, SQL
• Can understand and apply suitable design patterns while designing/developing code
• Should be good at problem solving and debugging with excellent analytical skills
• Good team player
• Self-motivated and self-learner
