Cultivating strong relationships with new Sellers, while maintaining relationships with existing International Sellers Collating and maintaining Seller's information in the CRM database (Hubspot) Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies Developing and implementing buying strategies, seller service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies Assist with drafting procurement plans, reference material, and related documents as required.

Ability to manage & assist with multiple International projects concurrently and meet deadlines Identifying new International Business Opportunities and partners across various Industrial Domains Assist Worldref Sourcing Managers in attending to new sellers and building solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships Skills and Key RequirementsResearching the market Developing a sourcing strategy Assessing, selecting, and managing suppliers to acquire the desired goods and services from them Analyzing internal needs and understanding the spend category
