WHAT YOU'LL DOThey will be responsible for day-to-day functions of administration department with a focus on Soft & Hard Service, Food & Beverage Services, Client Area Experience Management, Employee experience management, Cafeteria Operations, Inventory & Store Management, Vendor Management, Space Management, Events coordination, Day-To-Day Site Operations, Security & liaison with government bodies Responsible for complete upkeep of the office infrastructure through state of the art housekeeping techniques & also work as a key team player in all emergency response activities in the organization They will also be handling back- office operation for establishing new system and processes in the office, including but not limited to IFM initiatives, technology initiatives, green initiatives, AQI & Energy conservation methods YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person with all levels of BCG
staff, clients, and guests
- Lead complete Soft services portfolio for the facility to ensure the site is always in mint condition and the supporting infrastructure is fully functional at all times.
- Lead the IFM monitoring scope from end-to-end & oversee the deployment quality & numbers of the various external resources deployed by third parties to ensure qualified & adequate manpower is available for the day-long operations
- Oversee Cafeteria & Pantry operations, lead employee engagement activities &
Initiatives
- Carry out PPM routines for Soft & Hard services as per the schedule and review checklists and technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals
- To always ensure the upkeep of Pantry equipment & reprographic equipment and make a necessary action plan
- Take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, installations, and civil works in the facility
- Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better management of engineering systems
- Responsible for the development of all maintenance-related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Site lead / OEMs
- Liaising with government and regulatory bodies like Local Government Agencies for obtaining necessary sanctions/approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions on-premises.
Liaising with building management, contractors, and project managers for the same - Interacting with the different departments to execute the maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency
- Preparing and supervising the maintenance of statutory records to ensure compliance
- Orders and receives invoices, distribute according to cost center
- Takes care of other backup functions as needed
- Responsible for office maintenance (replacements, repairs, etc)
- Track vendor payments ensuring timely billing for all service partners
- Generate MIS for operations
- Issuance of Access Cards & maintenance of access control systems
- Collaborates in various administrative tasks as required
- Store Management- maintenance/issuance of items, stock take, etc
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Any Graduate with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in
- F&B Operations, Facilities Management, Project management, Administration, and Office Management
- Expert in MS Office and basic knowledge of corresponding software applications, especially Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability in the following areas
