Specialists/ Dental Surgeons/ General Duty Medical Officers job Position in Border Security Force (BSF)

Suitable and willing male and female candidates may WALK IN FOR INTERVIEW for engagement as Specialists & Dental Surgeons in BSF Composite Hospitals and GDMOs (General Duty Medical Officers) in BSF hospitals on Contractual Basis as per the terms & conditions mentioned below

Qualifications :

Specialist Doctors :
A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Speciality as mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent (iii) 1 ½ years experience for Post Graduate Degree holder & 2 ½ Years for Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent

General Duty Medical Officer : (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedules should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-Sections (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

(ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship

Remuneration :

(a) Specialist Doctors - Rs 85,000/- Per Month

(b) General Duty Medical Officers - Rs 75,000/- Per Month

(c) Dental Surgeons - Rs 75,000/- Per Month

Age Limit : Not more than 67 yrs (Please also refer para 6 below)

BDS, MD, MDS, MS, MBBS, PG Diploma

Bsf is looking for BDS , Diploma , MBBS , M.D. , M.Des profile candidates.

Suitable and willing candidates may walk in for Interview to any of
the place of Interview of their choice on dates given against the
location of Walk-in-Interview along with original & photocopies of all
relevant documents (like Graduate & Post Graduate Degree, age proof
and experience certificate etc.) and application in plain paper
superscripting the name of the post applied for and five passport size
recent photographs.

Date of Walk-in-Interview 14th Jan 2019 to 18th Jan 2019 at
respective place of Interview.

Till 1965 India ’s borders with Pakistan were manned by the State Armed Police Battallion. Pakistan attacked Sardar Post, Chhar Bet and Beria Bet on 9 April, 1965 in Kutch . This exposed the inadequacy of the State Armed Police to cope with armed aggression due to which the Government of India felt the need for a specialized centrally controlled Border Security Force, which would be armed and trained to man the International Border with Pakistan.
