Responsible for the entire design development coordination of the project from concept to handover Responsible to have the design vision document in place, coordinating the concerned departments, and ensuring the draft document is duly reviewed by the management in place Responsible for the appointment of the design consultants, liaisoning architects, landscaping architects, etc Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development Ensure feedback is incorporated.

Coordinate with consultant/s for concept closure Ensure detailed design coordination and prompt delivery of designs/ GFCs as per the design delivery schedule Ensure 100% TAT is met for all the stages of construction Ensure the design development is undertaken at any stage as required Conduct joint design review with Design lead for all interior spaces ie.

lobbies, clubhouse, etc; Check technical details with respect to architecture design and structural provision; Document feedback to consultants for further design development Ensure feedback is incorporated Coordinate with consultant/s for concept closure Coordinate for all service design basis reports and concept drawings.
