Position Description: Digital Production Lead (DPL)LMS has embarked on an exciting journey to bring digital tactic development in houseu00A0 In an age of targeted multi-channel campaigns, the volume of content and speed to bring tactics to customers is dramatically increasing and we are responding by increasing our internal skill setu00A0The LCCI Digital Production Lead (DPL) will be accountable for overseeing a team of developers to develop banners, emails and web content for major US brands!u00A0 This role requires a deep understanding of design, development and emerging technologiesu00A0 A successful candidate will interface with brand teams, Lilly Marketing Studios (LMS), external agencies and internal IT to deliver tactics that are compliant and adhere to channel best-practicesThis fast paced role will put a successful candidate on the cutting edge of modern technology and marketing strategy to deliver the right information to the right customer at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight and leadership to development staff
• Provide technical oversight on development best practices
• Provide technical consultation to external agencies
• Develop an understanding of brand strategy and assist in design patterns that meet those objectives
• Provide technical oversight for third party integrations
• Develop proof of concepts to drive strategy and innovation
• Ensure adherence to models and design patterns established by the UX Design Team
• Point of escalation for tactic issues
• Identify and drive procedural improvements influencing regulatory, medical and legal teams that can be leveraged across brands
• Assist in the communication and understanding of analytics/tracking to support tactic health

Minimum Experience/Personal Skill Requirements:

• Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of digital marketing techniques and campaign techniques
  • 3 years modern web technologies (AWS, Node, GitHub, etc)
  • 3 years web development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Ability to analyze and develop best practices while influencing regulatory boundaries
• Ability to balance multiple projects and site launches at once
• Strong Team and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate should have atleast 18 months in LCCI in their current role

• Proven planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agencies / external partner vendors
• Expertise with US affiliate marketing materials approval processes (VVPM, CIQ, MLR)
• Strong Project management skills
• Ability to work within a team and as a strong team player
• Experience in working in digital project management background is a plus
• Background in working with large vendors and ensuring weekly status is maintained for all the tactics is a plus
