#MadeForGreater Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvement projects and interact with internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives The Process Optimization team is responsible forbreaking down the end-to-endprocess to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmaps This role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes Typically,would have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Major Duties

• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal businessimpact
• May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
• Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior levelemployees
• May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
• More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of otherareas
• Delivers a work product that requires lessrevision

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

• A College or University degree
• At least 10 years of experience in BFSI of which at least 6 years in driving Lean Six Sigma projects
