Sr Executive Hr Job In Parc Kalite Consultant In Navi Mumbai

• Manage employees leave and attendance
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, policies, compensation etc and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
  
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Manage End to End recruitment
• Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including developing job description, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, documentation, induction and on-boarding activities Handling Employee Grievances
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  
  
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Manage Exit formalities up to final dues settlement Assist in performance management procedures Coordinate with legal and PF/ESIC consultants on labor related matters Independently handle day-to-day HR operations activities.
  
  

• Knowledge of all HR processes (eg recruitment, on boarding, training, talent management etc)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Sound knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
