Job Description: Global Commodity Team Site ManagerJob SummaryGlobal Commodity Team Site Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects ofCommodity Data Analytics Team & Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) activities as follows reportingto Director- Global Commodity Management in USACommodity Site Manager position is required to work independently with minimal supervision to meetdepartmental goals while interfacing with Design Engineering, Commodity Managers, Supply ChainManagers, Corporate Quality, and Business Unit Product Operations teams for sustaining &improving Trimble inbound material spec compliance and successful ramp to production volume fromnew product releasePrimary Duties/Responsibilities: Recruit, develop and coach (Manage and supervise) Data Analysts & SQE for compilation,consolidation, and analyzing data for various Supply Chain initiatives, such as supplierforecasting, buffer stock analysis, RFQ preparation, negotiation, Project Management andsupplier quality matrix.

Initiatives may involve engagement across multiple Supply Chainfunctions as well as other Trimble Business Units Support supply chain flexibility initiatives, identify potential risks including financial risk based onD&B rating and support implementing contingency plans, example - die banks, buffer stockagreements, and VMI programs Effectively manage SQE on-site resources to drive supplier continuous improvement initiativesand on-time closure of corrective actions.

Manage assigned commodities to support Trimble's Products sourced and manufactured inmultiple geographies to ensure supplier's performance meets all Trimble requirements Development & maintenance of Commodity and Preferred Supplier Strategies in collaborationwith Product Development and NPI Organizations.

Identify cost reduction opportunities, outline and define project charter, manage project tocompletion including tracking savings flow thru', and preparing and presenting results to executivemanagement Identify and evaluate new suppliers to support future technical, and capacity requirements, andoptimize total cost Participate in new supplier technical evaluation process including quality system, financialstability/risk and capacity.

Managing reviews and score card cadence to drive supplier continuous improvement initiativesthrough use of six sigma and/or lean initiatives Support development & maintenance of preferred supplier strategies.

Update and maintain Supply Chain database (Cognos/DOMO) for Global Commodity teamPage 2 of 2______________________________________________________________________________________________________TrimbleKey Skill Set Requirements:The successful candidate will have ten years or more experience managing a team They will haveknowledge of all aspects of Purchasing/Supply Chain, Project Management, Supplier QualityEngineering and driving team performance improvementsStrong experience in all aspects of material, purchasing and supplier quality management withemphasis on the following key areas: Background and direct experience in Operations, Direct Procurement, and CommodityManagement supporting PLC from NPI, through production ramp and EOL.

Articulate written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting cross functionallyand to all level of management, both internally and to suppliers Ability to articulate strategy,vision, and support plans to Design and Product teams is critical Strong team building skills with experience working with Design Engineering, Operations,Finance, and other groups in a multinational organization.

Supplier evaluation including manufacturing process audits and verification of supplier'scapability and production capacity especially semiconductor mfg process/packaging Demonstrated problem solving, incl.

leading root cause analysis, and mentoring skills includingsetting timelines and diligent follow-up to resolve supplier quality problems and meet productoperations requirements Project Management experience managing Low Cost Region (LCR) transition in accordancewith cost and timing goals and deliverables Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated history of cost reduction results utilizing negotiations,LCR, specification optimization, global leveraging, and yield improvement initiatives.

Subject matter expertize with Microsoft Office: Power user of Excel and must be proficient inWord, PowerPoint, Smart Sheet, Google Sheets and Project Management scheduling software Working knowledge of international quality standards like ISO 9001, TS 16949 and AS9000 andquality methodology associated with Design of Experiments, gauge R&R, process capability,statistical process control and Lean Six SigmaEducation / Experience.

BE / MBA with required technical experience in semiconductor process/packaging CPM and/or CPIM certification and strong knowledge of MRP Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Global Sourcingarea.
