Responsible for handling full recruitment cycle and recruitment team from initial screening, coordinating with interviews, handling background verification of selected candidates to negotiating and releasing the offer lettersResponsible for working closely with hiring managers to adequately understand their needs, requirements, and expectations of the positionsRich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like database, networks, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Google search, online forums, Blogs etcBuild long-term relationships with past and potential candidatesAbility to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologiesTake ownership of the interview process and candidate's experienceArranging telephone, video, or in-person interviewsActively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
Custodian of recruitment related data/information and share appropriate reports/metrics in a timely mannerA keen eye for detail and process along with the ability to work in an ever-changing environmentManage candidate experience to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunitiesBring in innovative ways in handling Talent Acquisition, Negotiation skillsExcellent knowledge in Payroll and leave management.
