• Working with senior leaders on performance management reporting and analytics though high-quality MI and stakeholder engagement
• Reviewing financial processes done by other teams, ensure that the quality is not compromised and monitor the financial activities
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards
• Work closely with the data management team to define GL standards and accounting treatments to help balance control and performance reporting requirements.
  
  
• Understanding the ad hoc requirements and ensuring quality and TAT of the output
• Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate closely with the accounting teams in helping drive greater control of entries that impact business performance outcomes

Role requirements

• CA or CFA or equivalent qualification is required
• 8-9 years of relevant experience in finance control/product control with strong understanding of IFRS/R2R/Accounting.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
