Our client is a global banking leader, is actively seeking an experienced individual as Finance controller to co-ordinate and work closely with their FP&A team and manage their line of business This is a senior role and requires extensive interaction with stakeholders and senior management in the organization Some of the key responsibilities will include: Working with senior leaders on performance management reporting and analytics though high-quality MI and stakeholder engagement Reviewing financial processes done by other teams, ensure that the quality is not compromised and monitor the financial activities Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.

Work closely with the data management team to define GL standards and accounting treatments to help balance control and performance reporting requirements Understanding the ad hoc requirements and ensuring quality and TAT of the output Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements Collaborate closely with the accounting teams in helping drive greater control of entries that impact business performance outcomes To be eligible for this role you will require: CA or CFA or equivalent qualification is required.

8-9 years of relevant experience in finance control/product control with strong understanding of IFRS/R2R/Accounting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
