Job Description:

Process Enhancements Manual &; Automations through System Support Explore opportunities to reduce manual intervention and automate the process

* Discussing the areas of automations with Vendors * Drafting BRD, MOMs; Liasoning with Stakeholders for approvals * Charting the POC workflow and ensuring the same is aligned with BRD * Providing assistance in negotiating commercials as and when required * Monitoring the UAT analysis done by Business Owners * Assisting the vendor wherever possible to make the project Live * Monitoring the feedback of the users and ensuring enhancements in the Live projects as and when required

Well skilled in Process Enhancement activities like the following:-

* Process Orientation Setup * Process Reengineering * Drafting SOPs/MOMs &; Designing Flow charts

Customer Experience

* Developing and implementing a customer experience strategy; * Leading and managing the customer experience team audit team * Auditing Voice and Non Voice process thereby ensuring effective QRC (Query, Request &; Complaint) Management including RBI Escalations * Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans; * Coordinating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience; * Planning and executing customer research initiatives; * Analysing data to identify trends and insights; * Creating and delivering presentations on customer experience findings;

Other Skills

* Should be well versed in Excel, PPTs (For Presentations of Reviews as and when scheduled) * Excellent Interdepartmental Management Skills * Effective Interpersonal &; Communication Skills * Efficient in Problem Solving abilities, initiatives &; Analytical skills
