• Well-versed with the recruitment life cycle
• Manage a team of recruiters
• Experience in client interaction is required ( JD explanation, candidate update, feedback details, position details) as maintaining a good relationship in terms of recruitment.
  
  
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available
• Gathering information about candidates' work experience, present and expected compensation, notice period, motivation factors, etc,
• Preparing Excel Trackers with candidates list, profiles & interview schedules Submitting weekly reports ie PIVOT Tables to the Business team/ Top Management
• Interacting with clients in scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  
  
• Good experience in Bulk hiring, Contract hiring, fresher hiring, and Contract-to-hire
• Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client's requirement, attending meetings and calls for understanding the JD

Desired Candidate profile

• Min 4 years of relevant experience in a team management
• Experience in delivery management, client management, and account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Familiar and working experience related to the employee life cycle and relegated HR Process
• Strong knowledge of HR and the ability to apply it to complex organizational issues is required
