Manages litigation and legal operations, including external counsel Manages corporate governance program, including drafting policies, training employees, overseeing worldwide legal entities, and creating and maintaining accurate records Supports human resources, corporate procurement, IT, finance, treasury and risk management activities Works on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and investments Assists with Board matters and liaises with parent company regarding its reporting and disclosure requirements and other corporate/shareholder matters.

Advises on applicable potential and current legislation and informs clients about relevant laws or changes Assists with government relations and regulatory agency interactions Conducts or assists in internal investigations What you bring to the role: Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function Manages large projects or processes.
