Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure effective communication of the product features, use cases, benefits to the prospective customersGenerate and evaluate leads, qualify and score the viability of an interested lead for the Sales / BD team Research, fix appointments and pitch new clientsUnderstanding client goals/objectives with regards to their digital marketingLead management and account mapping - create, manage and execute.
Communicate with the sales team / internal stake holders about their goals and experience to optimize strategy to better assist the processGenerate new leads using Cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant marketing channels Stay on top of the leads generated through in-bound means to initiate follow ups as part of the lead nurturing processClassify hot, cold, warm leads based on the customer need and decision-making capabilities and accordingly take necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leadsOrganize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM.
Have adept networking skills to establish connection with the right people and leverage the network at the right timeExperiences:- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal, organizational and networking skillsProven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsTechnical Services / Products Sales Experience.
Documented Project management and Presentation skillsHighly motivated, aggressive, pro-active and a self-driven to work with limited directionsIT Company or software development company background preferred
