Oversees the day-to-day functions of the Siemens P2P SCM services associated with Purchase Order Creation for 3rd party and ICC purchases Responsible includes, but not limited to, performing PO creations for SAP PR related, One SRM related, Manual PO Creations, Stock Transfer Orders GRN creations, GR IR Discrepancy resolution, Invoice Clarifications for PO and Non-PO Workflows, providing assistance for customer service functions, coaching staff in processing accuracy and productivity, assisting with migration of new Siemens customers, Discrepancy resolution, providing assistance for customer service functions, as needed.

Manage customer communications related to SCM Performs volume analysis on daily basis and identifies volume variation Performs volume analysis on daily basis and identifies volume variation.

Works closely with purchase managers to ensure awareness of any actions and/or problems affecting their relationship with suppliers/PM's/CPM's/Buyers Assist Team Lead in managing PR backlogs and PO processing cycle time and all metrics for SCM Suggest opportunities to balance staff work efforts across SOC's to maintain metric targets for all customersWe don't need superheroes, just super minds.

Any Graduation 3-4 years of Procurement experience required SCM experience, preferred.

SCM knowledge Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills Proficiency in ERP like SAP, Oracle, JDE.
