Job descriptionNovo Nordisk is looking for a solution oriented professional to be a part of the GBS team as their Sr Project Manager- Digitization & IT Operationswith strong project management skills & the ability to collaborate & communicate across various stakeholders If you are an individual who can demonstrate these qualities, Apply now About the department Global Business Services (GBS) General management is the central unifying department in GBS responsible for enabling the business of various GBS functional units It is a critical unit involved in devising strategy for GBS and helping set the direction for various GBS units based on inspiration from the global shared service industry.

The Position As a Sr Project Manager- Digitization & IT Operations, you will be responsible for the overall IT support for all GBS functions, Bangalore comprising of with 3000+ FTEs and with direct reporting line to Director in GBS General Management and dotted line VP, DD & IT GBS (Digital Data & IT) You are expected to ensure that all technology needs in GBS are captured and then met, focusing on the value delivery and innovation aspect of the partnership on top of the core capabilities (infrastructure, laptops, network, corporate systems, new technologies such as RPA, Innovation etc) Further, partnering with DD&IT in formulating IT policies & guidelines for GBS in alignment with Global IT policies.

You will own the Support for contractual negotiations for IT services in collaboration with Procurement and be responsible for Budgeting process Additionally, you will be responsible for below mentioned : Driving key IT infrastructure projects for GBS in collaboration with Global IT Operations GBSHelping business IT operations stakeholders articulate their technology needs and help them map, when needed, their 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.

Ensuring alignment of local technology needs with global IT standards/systemsSupport and Collaborate with GBS Innovation HUB in line with the DD & IT guidelines and act as an ambassador for driving IT Innovation and IT learning across GBS.

Interpreting simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services based on industry trends and new technologies, promoting services, and recommending solutions to improve user experience Qualification You should have min 10 to 12 years of relevant experience Personal SkillsProven ability to own and then execute complex projects.

Experience working in a heavily matrix organizationProven IT consulting/partnership experienceGood interpersonal skills.

Planning & organizingService Oriented.

Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work with multiple stakeholdersAbility to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders Technical Skills:Basic understanding on the latest emerging technologies PowerApps, UI path, Data Science, AI & ML.

Experience in running automation projectsMicrosoft office expertise.
