Role and Key Responsibilities: Auditing calls/cases and maintaining high Audit Accuracy for process and product hygiene Gather information and identify essential information needed by internal stake holders.
Organize information to develop a better approach to Training Analyze operational requirements and conduct sessions/huddles for the teams sensitize them about client information process handling Prepare reports and analysis for process/product.
Conduct NHT process/product training as per requirement Prepare Handover and batch release reports for Operations Develop and update content for Product and Process training like FAQ's, training manuals, Presentations, hand-outs etc.
Active participation during monthly and weekly internal/client callsKey skills & knowledge: Ability to understand technical concepts related to Server OS, Desktop OS, File Systems, SVA , networking, Citrix environment etc.
Superior interpersonal skills - ability to get along with diverse personalities Strong Team Player, ability to influence Team and manage Change Ability to coach.
Good Analytical Skills and strong Process Orientation Efficient use of MS-Office suite and Excel.
Ability to work independently and engage in client calls Good Listening skills Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 / Networking - preferred.
