The focus of the SharePoint Administrator includes: 1SharePoint Online Development and Administration 2Practical SharePoint Online product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions 3Experience of developing SharePoint sites / pages 4Good front end/CSS skills and experience 5.
Experience of integrating SharePoint online with third party applications if required 6Strong knowledge of SharePoint Application models 7Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications 8Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.
9Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution 10Experience developing SharePoint web parts, site templates, content types 11Excellent client facing experience and communications skills 12.
Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment 13Knowledge on Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Logic Apps 14Basic understanding on Office 365 and Azure AD Specific Assignments for SharePoint Administrator: Build and administer the SharePoint online environment and its associated services.
Power BI for reporting Other tasks as directed by the Regional IT Infrastructure Manager QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Required Skills: 1Having 7+ years of demonstrated experience on SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment including managing Power BI 2.
Basic understanding on Office 365, Azure AD 3Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerBI 4Experience with technology transition and transformation activities, and managing risk during implementation 5Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
6Project management experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint solutions that focus on workflow, document management, and content creation for web-focused business teams 7Experience in the development of technical and user documentation, including solution documentation and bills of materials 8Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences 9Ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations
