• Responsible to take care of the C2H/Contract Staffing.
  
  
• Collaborates with the hiring manager, teammates, to understand client needs and roles to be filled
• Identify, prioritize, and fulfil Client hiring needs
• Achieve the target as per the KRA, Adhere to the given TAT
• Take active initiative while offering selected candidates and manage them by having a counselling approach
• You will source, screen, interview, negotiate, and hire top talent by using different types of hiring methods via Job portals, Job postings, social networking sites, referral programs, ATS etc.
  
  
• Responsible for coordinating interview scheduling and feedback
• Interacting and following up rigorously with the client for requirements, deliveries, interviews, and placements

Role requirements

• 1+ years of experience and a strong track record in Contract Staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills generating positive rapport with clients
• Showcase assertive communication skills & logical reasoning while dealing with Clients and business leaders.
  
  
• Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully
• Open to working in a Hybrid model - thrice a week
• Location: The candidate should be based in Mumbai
