Knowledge of NetApp FAS 6040,8020 and E series - EF540, EF560 hardware Good exposure on NetApp C-Dot and 7-Mode operating system Understanding of architecture of enterprise arrays like HDS G1000,G800 and VSP Knowledge of storage tools like Hitachi Command Suite Ver 8, Santricity, Brocade Network Advisor Working knowledge of NFS/NAS creation on NetApp and EMC Isilon Good knowledge of Brocade SAN switch 8510, SAN cabling, troubleshooting Knowledge of Netapp and Isilon Snapshots, snapmirror, Sync IQ.

Work on performance troubleshooting from storage end and improve overall response time of arrays Knowledge of lun allocation on NetApp and Hitachi work on SP reboot, Disk firmware, SP firmware, shelf firmware and ONTAP upgrades Work on NetApp FAS and Hitachi array installation and decommission Should have basic knowledge of LVM, Host side basic commands.

Knowledge of VI editor, shell scripting Co-ordinating with storage vendor for hardware issues Work on p1 tickets, reoccurring incidents to find the root cause analysis Should be wiling to work in 24x7 support environment Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Able to attend P1 calls, conference bridges and respond to client queries Added advantage, if candidate has knowledge of Oracle ZS4 and EMC ECS Exposure to AIX, Solaris and Linux operating system as administrator level Exposure to performance monitoring tool like Virtual wisdom (VI) Knowledge of perl/python scripting
