SAN storage and Fabric health check and reporting incident as per escalation matrix Carry out proactive and reactive administration on Storage (Hitachi ,NetApp, IBM, EMC ) along with Brocade switches or Cisco switches Hitachi - enterprises & modular , HUS, VSP, G1000m HNAS NetApp - enterprises and modular Monitoring tool - BNA - Brocade Network Advisor , Hitachi , HGLM ( Hitachi Global Link Manager ) allocation , health check , log collection , replication , True copy Ability to communicate and listen effectively Ability to understand Business requirements and translate them into technology solutions Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime / availability Hands on experience and ability to do Root cause analysis, Problem & Capacity Management Prepare SOPs and Operational Runbooks Hands on experience on zoning, hard zoning soft zoning Hands on experience on creating LUNs, storage group, implementation of new SAN, Good understanding of firmware upgrades on storage and switches and HDLM installation Ready to work in 24*7 environment on rotation basis
