a) Desirable qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management
4 Work Experience: Minimum of 16 Years’ experience in the BSFI sector with an exposure in the collection and/ or its related activities
5 Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with a periodic performance reviews The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.

a) Desirable qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management & Professional Certification in Project Management
3 Work Experience: Minimum of 12 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years experience in Collection profile Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management & Risk Management portfolio
