Student Internship under Department of Science and Technology - Science and Engineering Research Board - Early Career Research Award (DST-SERB-ECRA)

Project entitled : Design and Development of a W-band Front-end for Imaging Applications using Silicon-Germanium Technology  

Eligibility Essential:Pursuing 4th year B Tech/BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering

Desirable:Basic knowledge of microwave amplifier/mixer/oscillator design, Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS simulation software 

Note: Those, who are currently doing their final year B.

Tech/BE and complete their degree by June/July 2019 are also eligible

Duration: 2 Months

Consolidated Salary :Rs 5000/- per month
