• The Supplier Quality Specialist - Supplier Maintenance will collaborate with the Supplier Quality and Sourcing teams on activities required to effectively manage supplier quality requirements and maintain integrity of Supplier data during onboarding, qualifying, updating, monitoring and integrating Suppliers
• Primary areas of focus will be:
  • Executing the Quality Initiative in the Supplier Onboarding process, collaborating with Suppliers, Supplier Quality and Sourcing to ensure appropriate outcomes
  • Creating Supplier records and initiating qualifications in the Supplier Quality Management system
  • Maintaining highly accurate Supplier information in the Supplier Quality Management system
  • Working cross functionally to ensure Supplier data in both the Onboarding and Supplier Quality Management is current and matches
  • Supporting the 'QMS Relevant' purchasing process by researching, approving and / or routing requisitions
  • Participate in Supplier integrations and other projects within scope as assigned
• Liaise with stakeholders on metrics and Supplier or data problem resolution to maintain progress and address high risk items discovered.
  
  
• Assure compliance to the Cytiva Quality Management System

Who you are

• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge in biotechnology products / industry is preferred
• Ability to create and maintain Excel, Word, and pdf applications
• Proficient in English speech and writing.
  
  
• Able to create, follow and continuously improve standard work
• Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with global Suppliers and internal teams
• Detail oriented, data driven and have a high level of organizational awareness
• Demonstrated technical aptitude regarding systems, processes, workflows, file management and data
• Proficient in the use of digital solutions in Supplier Quality and Sourcing (i.
  
  e, Veeva, HICX)
• Degree in an engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent non-technical degree with experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Sourcing
• Proactive, self-motivated, results seeking, enthusiastically intense
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate meetings and supplier communication in several global time zones
