RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a supply chain strategy business analyst, as part of the SCS team on projects across product categories and regions
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives and support in driving the business groups leadership agendas in supply chain and operations topics

• Perform end-to-end operational optimizations, identify opportunities and deliver recommendations through in-depth data analysis
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing mix and business strategies
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes

• Examples of projects: manufacturing network design, make vs buy, capital investment evaluations, complexity cost optimisation, design to value, route-to-market, cost to serve, internal and external benchmarking, competitive intelligence, E2E value chain analysis, etc

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in consulting, consumer goods, apparel or retail is preferred
• Prior experience in: data analysis, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, digital supply chain or ecommerce is a plus
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.
  
  ) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc) and experience with applications
• A good understanding of cost accounting, financial accounting and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capability and critical thinking
• Comfortable in cross-functional teams, preferably in a multicultural environment
• Masters qualification preferred especially in engineering, supply chain, finance or marketing
• Good storyboarding and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
