• Identify customer needs & respond to their queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of products and services
• Contribute to documentation of support resources
• Help develop client relationships and retain existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues and provide ideas to grow and improve the business
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Keep a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
• Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
• Gather customer feedback and communicate technical issues and solutions to the product, engineering, sales/marketing, and support teams as well as to the customer base.
  
  

• Strong leadership, social and interpersonal skills with a can do attitude
• Prior experience in support domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Problem solving, creative, organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
