• Responsible for the operation and administration of IIS 60, 75, 80 and 85 web servers across UAT, Staging, Test and Production environments.
  
  
• Responsible for the operation and administration of application deployment technologies ie, AutoCAD and custom applications
• Exposure to AD and Domain Controller and Windows technologies such as DNS, DHCP, Database and SSL Certificate
• VMware ESX Management and Troubleshooting.
  
  
• Experience in backup and recovery of virtual machines and virtual servers OS / Patch release
• management and maintain configuration of Central ESX OS image
• Excellent troubleshooting and System Administration skills on VMware products and tool
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues
• Good to Network Essentials, Citrix/application support and VPN troubleshooting experience
• Hardware support like HP ProLiant, Dell Servers and Dell EMC Power Vault
• Need to work closely with Network, Application and 3rd party vendor team & coordinate.
  
  
• Troubleshooting skills on Windows Server issues, analyses event logs, IIS logs and problem
• fixing
• Ensure that the assigned infrastructure at the client is configured, installed, tested and
• operational
• Comfortable managing multiple, high-priority issues simultaneously while adhering to SLA'S
• Provide telephonic support to clients when required

Technical Skills Required:

• Windows Server / Domain controller
• VMware vSphere and vCenter.
  
  
• Need to be familiar with Windows Servers 2012, 2016 and 2019
• Microsoft Azure
• O365
• Microsoft Teams
• AD, DNS & DHCP
• Hardware Support
• ITIL

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certifications would be a plus
• VMware certification would be a plus
• ITIL Certification would be a plus
