Where you fit inCloud Operation and Security Management is part of the ET SOM (Enterprise Technology Service and Operations Management) organization in IT Services and Operations Security Management team manages Shell's business critical Cloud Service compliant with internal and external control requirements The activities in consist of Security systems and tools management related to cloud technologies, Control Operations, Data protection, Risk management and Development/Review Security Design and configurationWhat's the roleAs a System Engineer - Cloud Ops Security, you responsible to Operate, Manage and improve the Internal and SoX controls landscape, drive & monitor remediation activities in such a way that both IT Support and the business is not exposed to any significant controls, compliance, and audit risks Specialize in providing security systems and tools management related to the cloud technologies and playing a crucial role in safeguarding the Organization's data.

Aside from above, you are expected for the following:

• Cloud Ops Security engineer is accountable for managing ITGC and SoX Controls for Azure and AWS Cloud services consumed for BC and SoX applications Engineer needs to be reviewed and validated all the Cloud platform controls periodically
• Overall responsible for all the Cloud (Azure and AWS) management related controls, Maintaining and ever greening the controls
• Expected set of responsibilities involves investigating and analyzing existing cloud structures and making new and improved security techniques that will upgrade the security of cloud-based Infrastructure
• Proven experience in Internal & external Audits with a global organization
• Very good understanding of the Risks, Mitigation controls, SODs- Various detective, preventive controls for mitigated/unmitigated risks.
  
  
• Managing the expectations of various stakeholders and Liaising with the business, Suppliers and Auditors
• Working experience on Summarization and Reporting IT risks and controls in Cloud management
• Onboarding & offboarding of the ITGC/Sox controls, Hands on development and testing of securitycontrolsand documentingcontrolsper auditor guidelines
• Having good knowledge and working experience on ITGC framework and Sox controls
• Assure Control Operation for applications onboarded in Shell Azure and AWS cloud Platform
• Experience on analysis for audit and collection of data/ evidence as part of analysis, Ability to collect and map compliance andcontrolvalidation reports tocontrolactivities
• Provide direction on security methodologies, processes, and technologies to Cloud security operation team
• Answerable for keeping the Cloud Infrastructure current, advice recommendation, and initiating the implementation and continuous improvement of technologies and features in the cloud platform estate
• You may counsel Account custodians, application owners, project teams and other Information Security teams on information security controls
• Zero tolerance for security vulnerabilities and process inefficiency

What we need from you

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8 yrs.
  
  - 10 yrs of IT experience with 6 to 8 years in corporate IT with relevant experience supporting end-users
• Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT
• Experience with Cloud Security Management, vulnerability and Risk assessments, IT Controls execution, Risk management, infrastructure and regulatory compliance with privacy laws
• Experience with and/or exposure to IT Audit (both internal and external), coordination and quality reviews of audit evidence, gained exposure in IT Operations and ITIL processes
• Strong Knowledge in Azure and AWS Cloud Platform, Access Management, Provisioning process, SOD Management, Access Controls, Security Incident Management
• A security or audit related qualification (eg.
  
  CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIA)
• knowledge of or exposure on external IT security standards, such as COSO, ISO 27001 plus related legal compliance aspects, such as privacy
• IT Cloud platform experience and knowledge of digital technologies
• The Cloud Ops Security Engineer is end to end accountable for information assurance and security standards across cloud platforms
• End to end management of operations of Cloud security controls design effectiveness & operational effectiveness
• Excellent knowledge, understanding & experiences of working on security policy management, security standards and control frameworks such as (SOX, COBIT, GDPR, CCPA, PCI, ISO27000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP800-53) and controls across all security domains such as access management, encryption methods, endpoint security, vulnerability management, network security, OS patching etc
• Advanced knowledge and skill set with modern cloud platform infrastructure including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, containerization, serverless technologies, network security, endpoint security, data protection, and incident response for various flavors of market standard cloud hosting services.
  
  
• Ability to work with teams from diverse cultures and in different time zones in a global, virtual environment
• Effective communication, coordination and influencing skills Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
• Good customer liaison skills across all organization levels
