This is a semi-technical role however analytical skills, customer acumen and being able to communicate swiftly and effectively with customers, 2nd line support engineers and stakeholders is key Our support engineers will be asked to triage and catalogue support requests but also provide remedial steps for resolution Responsibilities: Candidate should have the minimum experience of 5+ Years Candidate should have advanced level experience with Kubernetes-Docker Candidate has a working experience with AWS services administration: IAM, VPC, Route53,EC2,S3,Codebuild,Codedeploy,Cloudwatch Candidate will interact with our customers Should be at ease to document resolutions, contribute to FAQs and other sources to continuously improve the support experience Candidate should have experience about the application lifecycle (build to deploy) and the tooling involved for the same reason as stated above.

What we are looking for Self-starter that can work independently good verbal and written English is important Should have previous experience from debugging systems based on data coming from various sources such as logs Should be at ease to login to CLIs to gather data and debug problems mainly by following a set of pre-defined instructions good working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence Skills to improve workflows, creating templates, bulk updates and management of a JIRA project in general Ability to write documentation in Markdown General knowledge of Git/GitHub ie clone repositories for documentation purposes, make changes, commit and push changes into GitHub.

Technical tooling: Working experience of using CLIs Splunk, DataDog for diagnostics and debugging purposes Required Skills: Must have hands on experience with debugging systems Understanding of ease to login to CLIs to gather data and debug problems Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence Proficiency Good verbal and written English is important Experience of Git/GitHub i.
