Job DescriptionA Process Control Domain (PCD) Systems Support Analyst being part of the Asset SOM organization is required to be a deep technical expert in the support, configuration and periodic change/patching of Process Control Systems and their integration into the overall local network (called the Process Control Domain) They have mastery of skills in the configuration and maintenance security controls that safeguard the process control layer from outsider access The analyst should also be knowledgeable in the following concepts: IT Service Management and Integration Support, On-premise and Cloud Hosting, Business Change Management, Continuous Improvement, IT Architecture Information Risk Management and Assurance, and Collaboration Tools.

PurposeWe are looking for a passionate IT/OT infrastructure specialist to help design, deploy and support our Process Control Networks to deliver a Secure and Reliable PCD IT security service Qualifications and Skills RequirementA Systems Engineer PCD IT Hosting should be knowledgeable to,Mandatory:

• Educated to degree level, preferably in Information Technology
• A minimum of 5 - 8 years overall work experience
• Prior experience in an IT support environment supporting business applications
• Specialist in SQL Database server and Windows servers management including Active Directory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident, problem and change management
• Looking for an assuring candidate with long term association ( 4 year) commitment as we will invest effort & money to promote accelerated growth in the PCD team

As well as formal qualifications, PCD IT Hosting Engineer is preferred to possess the followingPreferred:

• 5+ Years of experience as a SQLWindows Server administrator or similar role
• Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) of SQL servers
• Experience with SQL backups, restores and recovery models
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
• Working experience on Windows server, including Active Directory
• Patching Windows and SQL servers at a regular frequency to ensure hardware & virtual environments are kept complaint
• Administer McAfee, Symantec Endpoint & WSUS consoles
• Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross-cultural organization, working in different time zones
• Be able to work under pressure Deliver solutions fast, but to quality standards and in a compliant way
• Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
• Administer the server inventory and ensure that it accurately reflects the current scope and maintain the consistency in ServiceNow CMDB device information
• Have worked on any backup technologies - preferably Veeam
• Handle, review and manage the incident(s), problem(s), Service Request(s) as needed to ensure they are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved as per stipulated SLA's
• Preparing and maintaining SOP(s), Knowledge base, documentation of technologies, standards, and procedures
• Gather information and facilitate the decision-making process of granting approval for immediate change requests to systems with input from the appropriate teams, understanding the potential impact to production systems prior to approval
