We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Teaching Associate for Manufacturing Engg in the EdTech Industry The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality online courses in the domain of Manufacturing EnggME / M Tech, PhD.

from a reputed institute in subject(s) related to CAD / CAE / CAM Robotics Mechatronics Application of Digital Technologies in Manufacturing with 8-10+ years with an adequate mix in Industry and AcademicsJob Description: Should be able to work in a professional setup and digital environment to

• Assist SMEs in developing online courses in areas of Manufacturing
• Articulate well to present the course material in video shoots
• Coordinate well with the course Production team for review of storyboard and final content for the course
• Prepare relevant Project statements for the course and evaluate Project reports submitted by the Learners.
  
  
• Be able to conduct on-campus interaction on the course with the Learners at different Institutes / Colleges across India
• Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their performance
• Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams
• Engage in communication with students, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure course content meets quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into course content
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve instructional and technical skills

Other Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English Skilled in using MS Office Familiarity with requirements of Industry 40 norms in Manufacturing Conversant with softwares A passion for teaching and helping students learn and succeed Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
