Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Center of Excellence (CoE) Resource to join our IT company The PLM CoE resource will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining PLM systems and processes that align with business needs and support product development and lifecycle management Primary Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain PLM systems and processes that meet business requirements and support product development and lifecycle management .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and identify potential system enhancements Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on PLM system functionality, features, and capabilities Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use of PLM systems by stakeholders.

Perform system testing and validation to ensure system stability and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems .

Stay up-to-date with the latest PLM trends, technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong understanding of PLM systems, including experience in configuring and customizing PLM software .

Experience in PLM implementation, development, and maintenance Familiarity with software programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus Experience in working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
