Job TitleTeam Lead, Software DevelopmentCommon accountabilities:- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a team from code review, debugging, design and development- Sets priorities, coordinates and allocates work/resources on the team technically - Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan receives guidance and oversight from managerSpecific accountabilities:Accountability / Business acumen- Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives- Report on team activities- Be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges- Suggest alternatives/improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plansTechnical excellence- Timely manage the investigation and resolution of sprint issues- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance- Should have excellent knowledge of Java/Angular2+ technologies- Should be able to guide the team and work toward achieving the spring goal- Knowledge in Azure cloud, docker/Kubernetes is an additional advantage but not mandatory- Should be aware of Agile/Scrum principles- Hands-on coding experience is imperative for Angular/Java- Handling a team prior on technological aspect is an added advantage- Contribute to architecture of product wherever neededCommunicationEnsure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization informationDiversity & InclusionWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to hire the best candidate regardless of age, beliefs, disability, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation
