We are searching for a professional Instructional Designer who can join on an Immediate basis to design and develop learning and practicing experiences The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner Should be able to create technical instructor led or web-based training, training in other modalities, and certifications Perform all phases of instructional design including analysis, design, development, and evaluation throughout the program lifecycle to achieve optimal learner-centric training solutions Experience/knowledge of Learning Design/adult learning principles Design, develop, and implement solutions to address specific learning and development needs based on learner roles, responsibilities and skills Familiar with SME interactions to get technical inputs and content for various Remedy ITSM/Helix Service Management areas Understand ITSM products by exploring the application(s); going through product documentation; and interacting with the product development and implementation teams Analyze tasks, learners, business, and subject matter for programs identified for use in Learning and Development Work with Education managers, instructors and other stakeholders to ensure that content, learning objectives, and delivery modes meet goals Understand various training deliverables that includes, but not limited to, blended learning materials, manuals, workbooks, e-books, job aids, instructor guides, student guides, lab guides, videos, audio scripts, assessment/certification exam questions Technical experience/knowledge in technology-based design/development tools such as Articulate Studio 360 and Captivate Knowledge of the Mainframe area is a plus
