By combining the curiosity to explore, the intelligence to question and the vision to create, together we're transforming the world around usECC-FLX is at the growing phase and a lot of things have to be put in placeA lot of things happening like Engineering tools migration, users are new to Tools and need support France AVS IT/IS teamAn experienced candidate needed to act as a bridge between ECC-FLX team and France AVS IT/IS TeamIn that context, the candidate will have an experience in SW development using tools like doors, Jira, Git, Bitbucket before working more deeply in IT to understand and master the interactions between the IT level and the engineering tools level.

The candidate will have to be adaptive and flexible and proactivity will help a lot in that context

• Provide ECC-FLX engineering team with support on Thales engineering processes & associated tooled-up practices
• provide fast and useful IS/IT RUN assistance on Engineering tools to the engineering teams
• Provide local training and operational coaching when necessary to ECC-FLX team
• Help newcomers in using their Work environment
• Monitor users' satisfaction of their engineering environment
• Gather and share return of experiences throughout ECC-FLX engineering community
• Solve incidents identified by users and offer advice to solve them
• Must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively and with methodology to understand the problem, find the root cause(s), explain its solution, and contribute to solve the issue
• Act as a focal point of contact between ECC-FLX team & France AVS Support teams
• Collect ECC-FLX teams needs and propose associated evolutions of BL Engineering environments
• Follow Group/BL E2 evolutions and anticipate additional training / coaching / expertise requests

• Significant background in engineering discipline (Software) (8-10 years)
• Experience in software development using tools like doors, Jira, Git, Bitbucket before working more deeply in IT to understand and master the interactions between the IT level and the engineering tools level
• Good knowledge in IS-IT
• Good teaching skills
• Team spirit and networking capability
• Able to travel (catch-up with France AVS support team)
• Sense of service
• Assist to the Daily & StandUp meetings with the IS/IT French team
• Networking & Integration knowledge of engineering tools like DOORs, GIT, JIRA and BUILD / CD/CI and Configuration Management tools knowledge
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and networks ( LAN,WAN)
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
