JOB Role: Technical Recruitment Operations Manager Location: HyderabadExperience: 5-8 Years Max Notice Period: 20 DaysFull Job Description: SIERA IT Services Private Limited is a young and fast-growing consulting company, solving technology challenges through thought leadership and quality in execution We are based out in Hyderabad and are looking for an individual who has the ability and skills to identify great talent who suit our requirements and be a people champion Requirements:- Recruitment: Identify people as per the requirements Strategy operations to attract great talent Work with panel (internal & external) Streamline the interview process Supervise the work of talent acquisition team members and provide guidance Build, engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress Keep track of recruiting metrics (eg.
time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) People Operations: Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies On-board new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech Serve as the point of contact for employment relations Identify who needs to improve on what soft/hard skills and help them learn those skills Conduct employee engagement activities and run programs to improve bonding and camaraderie Build trust, loyalty, and a sense of belonging within the team Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with our client stakeholders, and partners by fostering trust and promoting collaboration Regular reports & communication to the internal stakeholders Process Management: Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures Update current and design new recruiting procedures (eg job submission, presentation and onboarding processes) Leadership: Ability to take tough decisions and have tough conversations with clarity and transparency.
Ability to motivate the team to perform to their potential Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills What we look for in you: 5 to 8 years of work experience in doing IT recruitment and people operations and in managing a large, multi-site recruiting team in a software company o Demonstrated ability in designing, implementing, and managing strategies for Recruitment, learning & development, and people operations o Proven written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills o Strong decision making skill o Demonstrated experience in building recruiting and business teams from the ground upInterested candidates, kindly share your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT]
