Administration of contracts and tendering of interior commercial fitouts Preparing management and ownership of schedule and the target Ensuring that project risk are properly managed and mitigated Ensuring proper project closeout and handover of projects to clients/owners Ensuring all necessary utilities is being given Ensuring Drawing submission and approval for fit out work Maintaining records of all as build drawing Making sure all instruction / guidelines are being followed.

Providing necessary permits (Nigh work, hot work permit) Coordinating for all necessary security arrangement for execution fit-out Liaise with Owner / tenant to meet out their day-to-day requirement Effective control on working progress Ensure all safety requirements are being followed.

Advising tenant's contractor on minor execution issues Ensuring all tenants meeting design control specifications Liaising with Owner / Tenants in case any issue and providing them with maximum support if required Ensuring fit- out-tracking report is maintained Every month timely submission of MMR.

Share daily work done report for fit-out works Doing rate analysis, Comparing quotes & sending lowest quote to Procurement Following up for necessary documents from tenant before & after completion of Apartment / Office fit-out works Meeting with client while start of fit-out work and while handing over of units while their exit
