Position: Test Lead Experience: 7+ years Skill Set: Minimum 2+ years hands-on exp in Selenium Automation Test management and test automation Test plan creation, Test case creation and execution Test Report preparation Willing to work in 12.

30 PM to 10 PM shift Train and Coach the peer team members in Selenium Test Automation Experience in handling the critical defects and defect management process Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all the test artifacts like Test Strategy, Test Plan, test scenarios, use case, test case creation, test case execution, run plan and test reports Should have good experience in test estimations Responsible for managing all phases of the testing including selenium automation.

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Selenium Automation and has the proven record in working/managing the automation projects Strong in building the automation framework and in-depth knowledge of software automation technique Strong in test process and standards Managing and tracking the test deliverables using ADO/JIRA/Rally Strong stakeholder management and influence skills Quickly acquire the knowledge in business domain and application workflow.

Maintain the healthy relationship within the cross functional project teams Involved in test artifacts reviews and provide the valuable feedback Status reporting, tracking and communications to clients/PM Proactive approach to problem solving with strong lateral and critical thinking skills Ability to work in tight deadline and willing to work in 12.

30 PM to 10 PM Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interaction with different teams and business stakeholders for application dependencies and new features
