Trade Compliance is at the core of what we do and a license to operate Global Supply Chain Operations orchestrates all inbound/outbound transportation to and from our distribution Hubs and processes orders to ensure on time in-full deliveries to our customers globally Global Planning manages overall product availability within RDC spanning component, raw material and production planning 3rd party vendor product purchases, Global inventory management and product phase-in/outs Commercial Supply Chain partners with Affiliates to orchestrate local sales and operations planning process, sales forecasting and manage our local warehousing & transportation service provider networks The Supply Chain Improvement Program orchestrates key strategic projects impacting RDC GSC performance, costs and requirements.

• High scholastic performance profile: Master's degree in the following discipline(s): Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Informatics
• 0 - 2 years of internships or work experience relevant to supply chain
• Fluency in English a must, additional languages are an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Demonstrable technical skills with analytical tools such as Excel spreadsheets, Power BI and Google sheets
• Passion and motivation to contribute to Roche Diabetes Care supply chain organization
• Proactive and agile mindset with the ability to think analytically and innovatively
• Courageous, curious, creative, and inspired by change with the capacity to think out of the box when the situation requires flexibility and speed Ability to continually grow and adapt.
