Job Description Making quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, and other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority Communicating with suppliers & service providers Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries Keeping track of documentation, and payments Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service Follow the set SLA and guidelines Meet the set target Destinations: Europe / Australia / New Zeeland / Africa / South East Asia / PAN India (looking for all these destinations)Qualifications: Bachelors in Commerce/Tourism/Arts + 4-6 Years Experience in the holidays and travel industry Excellent communication skills Should be multi-lingual Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information Ability to work as part of a team Well-organized, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
