Your Role:

• Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions
• Take ownership of Document management process including collection, renaming and storing of relevant documents in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Pune office
• Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, ie.
  
  from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines
• Prepare/ update Corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco
• Preparation of minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM
• Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
  
  
• Review work of the Cosec team to ensure output is in accordance with client standards
• Preparation/Updation of various reports related to utilization, trackers, taking corrective actions when needed and ensure deadlines are met and KPI's are in good shape
• Team Management and appraisals
• Act as an SME and take active participation in global/local projects
• Relationship building with all the stakeholders and effective collaboration with onshore colleagues.
  
  

About You:

• You are a Company Secretary (must) or have a degree in Law (preferred)
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
