Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling credit policy and strategy reporting and data analysis for the BFL businesses Build statistical models to achieve maximum match and catch rate Work closely with campaign team to understand their need and provide Analytical solution .

Monitor past performance available business opportunities in market to provide input to supervisor and businesses in defining targets Continuously monitor journey funnel to determine drop-offs at various stages Ongoing liaising with Risk IT and BIU teams to ensure all policies processes data flow are working efficiently and all required changes are built and implemented suitably Engage with IT COE and Business team to define the control system process of execution workflow of sales process etc.

Cascade the monthly Lead targets based on the AOP target Monitor campaign performance for all Credit Cards businesses at a strategic level Budget management of Channel wise quota 4 MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) .

Working on various data sets and tools like Data warehouses/SQL Structured /Semi/Unstructured database Analyze data analysis requests obtained from management to determine operational problems and define data modeling requirements validation of content and problem-solving parameters 5 DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Internal & external stake holder management 6.
